As the founding principal, president and CEO of RISK MANAGEMENT ADVISORS, Bill leads a seasoned team of specialists in delivering an array of security solutions to corporations, governments and prominent individuals.

Bill is a confidant and trusted advisor to internationally known figures in politics, business and entertainment. In 1994, Bill started Risk Management Advisors to provide executive protection services and the success of that mission led to the expansion of the firm to include a full suite of security solutions.

A former law enforcement professional, Bill advises public agencies and corporations on threats presented by international and homegrown terrorism. In addition, he provides counsel on business and personal security issues.
